A few answers, before you start
Is listing free?
Yes — listing, searching and contact are free. home.gr charges no commission; any fee of a professional lister is declared separately in their listing.
Can I find an unfurnished home?
Yes — home.gr accepts listings with or without furniture. What's included, you see in the listing and confirm with the lister.
Are there homes for a few months?
Yes — from one month upwards, depending on the availability and the length each lister offers.
Who do I contact about a listing?
Directly the lister — an owner or a professional. The viewing and the agreement happen between you.
Does the price include the bills?
Whatever the listing declares. With the “fixed total” label they are included, except what it lists as “Paid separately”; otherwise you ask the lister before the viewing.
What does home.gr do — and what not?
It publishes listings and puts you in touch. It doesn't collect rent, doesn't hold deposits and doesn't step into your agreement.
