The obligation You declare your fee on the card One-off and separate from the monthly — the tenant sees it before the first contact. Without a declared fee, the listing is not published. It is not a policy — it is a publication gate.

The freedom No exclusivity You list it here and wherever else you want — we do not lock your portfolio and we ask for no minimum term.

The constant 0% from home.gr We take no share of your fee and none of the rent. Your fee is yours — we charge nobody.

We do not certify licences and we do not guarantee the size of any fee — all we guarantee is that the tenant sees the fee beforehand. On the cards: «From a professional · [agency name]».

Excel, CSV, or whatever you already keep. We need the area, floor size, bedrooms and the months the property sits empty.
We set the listings up

We prepare them and you look them over before they go live. Anything you haven't declared stays empty — we do not fill in details for properties we haven't seen.
You manage them from one account

Availability, prices and requests per property, from the same dashboard. You close and open them whenever you want.
