All prices are final, VAT included, per service. There is no «file fee», «administration fee» or extra that appears at the end.
Energy Performance Certificate (ΠΕΑ)
from 60 €An engineer's inspection and issuing of the certificate. Required for tenancies longer than 30 days, before the lease is filed.

Why it's free
Because we need you more.
home.gr is new and has few listings. At this stage we need properties and tenants far more than we need commission. A 5% commission today would bring us very little money and would cost us the first owners — the one thing that cannot be replaced.
Revenue comes from the paperwork services: the lease, the energy certificate, photography. That is real work, with real costs, and only those who want it pay for it. That way the platform can stay free without something being hidden elsewhere.
If we ever add a charge
It will be for a new service and you will know before it happens. We will not retroactively charge for what is free today: listing, search, messages and booking requests stay free of charge.
And we will not put a percentage on the rent without writing it on this page first.
