What does home.gr cost?
home.gr's commission is 0% — from nobody, ever. There are, however, professionals on the platform with a fee of their own. Two different things — here they are, separately:
home.gr's commission
From an owner, a tenant or a professional — we take no commission from anyone. No percentage charge on the rent, in any form. And the money does not pass through us: rent and deposit stay between you.
home.gr is not a brokerage — it neither brokers nor manages.
The professional's fee — where there is one
Only on «From a professional» listings. We do not set it and we do not guarantee its size — what we guarantee is that you see it before the first contact: without a declared fee, a professional's listing is not published.
One-off — never inside the monthly total.

Nothing. 0% from home.gr, no listing cost. Whatever you agree with your tenant is yours and stays between you — neither rent nor deposit passes through us.
1 · The monthly — in two regimes, and the card tells you which one you are looking at: «fixed monthly total» where a breakdown was declared, «price as declared — no cost breakdown» where it was not. Where there is no breakdown, we do not invent one.
2 · A one-off agency fee — only on «From a professional» listings, declared on the card before the first contact.
3 · To us: nothing — ever. You always pay the price you saw in search. Rent and deposit do not pass through us.
Your own fee — you declare it on the card, compulsorily, one-off and separate from the monthly. home.gr takes no share. The terms of entry
The whole platform, free
For owners and for tenants, with no limit on listings, no exclusivity and no card.
- Listing a property — as many properties as you want, with photos and availability.
- Search and filters — every listing, with the monthly figure from the start.
- Messages — unlimited messaging inside the platform, for both sides.
- Booking requests — sending, replying, approving or declining.
- Basic notifications — saved searches, and an alert when something concerns you.
- The «listing completeness» indicator — the automatic calculation, with no premium version.
A position in the results is not for sale: organic ranking is earned only through the completeness of the listing.
When you ask for technical work on your property, the services are carried out by independent engineers — members of the persis.ai platform. The choice and the agreement are yours.
Because we need you more.
home.gr is new and has few listings. At this stage we need properties and tenants far more than we need revenue — and the cost of running the platform is small, and we absorb it. Neither of you needs to pay for it.
No percentage charge on the rent — in any form, ever. And organic ranking is not for sale.
Everything you need to find a home or rent one out — listing, search, messages, booking requests, basic notifications — stays free forever. That does not change.
Some optional tools and services will have a price. No charge is ever switched on before it is written on this page, with its amount — you read it here first, and only then can it exist. Today nothing is charged.
