The questions before your first listing
Is it really free?
Yes. Listing and contact through home.gr are free, with no commission from home.gr. If you work with a professional, their fee is separate and you agree it with them.
Can I list an unfurnished home?
Yes. You state the furnishing when you list — and it shows clearly on the listing.
What if I only offer it for specific months?
You set “Available from” and “Until” — e.g. October to May. Your season stays untouched.
Will my phone number be public?
No. Whoever is interested writes to you inside home.gr — contact details are not published.
Who chooses the tenant?
You do. You talk to the person, you meet them, you ask for whatever you would always ask — and you decide. home.gr does not approve or vouch for anyone.
What do I do when the home is let?
You pause the listing with one click — and publish it again when it frees up.
